General Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before making payment.

  1. Non-Refundable Payment: All service and visa fee payments are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application or any other circumstances.
  2. Issuance of Visa: Issuing or rejecting a visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy Of The Republic Of Indonesia, Dhaka.
  3. Convenience Fee: A convenience fee will be charged in addition to the service/visa fee. These charges are borne by the applicant and are non-refundable.
  4. Accuracy of Information: Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate while making the payment. The bank will not be liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect data entry.
  5. Proof of Payment: Upon successful payment, applicants must retain the payment confirmation SMS and receipt as proof of payment, which may be required during the visa application process.
  6. Changes to Terms: The Embassy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
